Sat-Nav Like Directions
With Universal Guide navigating through Universal Orlando couldn't be easier. Our built-in directions feature gives you sat-nav like guidance to all of the rides, attractions and facilities on offer. Step by step instructions tell you which areas to pass through and which transport to use to get to your destination. All of this is accompanied by a map which highlights your current location and plots the route you need to take. There's even a built in compass and you can see the distance remaining as you go along.
View of Everything Nearby
Our incredibly useful nearby feature lets you to bring up a list of all the rides, attractions and facilities which are close to your current location. This makes it easy to plan your next ride, decide where to eat or even find the nearest toilet!
Plan Out Your Day
See something you like whilst browsing through park? With a single tap you can add the item to your day planner, an itinerary which can be checked off as you go through the day. So whether you've found an ideal restaurant for lunch, or want to remember to catch a show - it's all taken care of.
Search & Filtering
With Universal Guide everything is grouped by area and you can narrow things down with the ability to filter by various categories including roller coasters, water rides, food & shopping, shows and much more! There's also full text search.
Photo Galleries
With Universal Guide you don't just have to read about the rides, attractions and facilities - you can see them too! There are tonnes of photos viewable right from within the app. You can even save the photos to your device, ready to use as wallpapers if you wish.
Ride Descriptions & Specifications
You'll find in-depth descriptions of the rides & attractions on park. There's also detailed ride specifications available, giving you information such as ride cost, manufacturer, model, capacity, duration, length, height, speed and much more.
Ride Restrictions & Facilities
Find out if you're able to go on everything you want by viewing the height, age and weight restrictions for each ride. You can also see which facilities a ride offers, such as disabled access, on-ride photos/videos, fastrack access, single rider queues, property storage and more.
Manual Locations
If you use a device which doesn't have an in-built GPS receiver, such as the original iPhone or iPod touch, manual locations allows you to still use the location based features of the app. This works by letting you manually select your position. You simply select something you're close to such as a shop or a ride and that's it!
Automatic Updating
We're regularly updating park information to keep it up-to-date. With our automatic updating, you'll always have the latest Universal Orlando data available. It's so seamless, you won't even know it's happening.
